Purposefulness: Acknowledgement and acceptance of purpose and benefits i.e. measured / evaluated. Endeavour to act in a manner that has positive influence (net benefits positive). Is in line with own preferences and values. Strengthens motivation.
Result-orientation: Focuses on issues that can be evaluated. Assesses the consequences of activities and resulting total benefits. Sets objectives and measures that lead to achievement of set goals. Acts to achieve long-term and short-term goals. Measures progress and makes necessary adjustments to comply with conditions.
Learning: Strives to improve own performance. Identifies own performance in comparison with set goals. Performs activities that strengthen skills, contributes, and consumes / creates learning solutions. Collects feedback and evaluates / follows- up situation.
Usefulness: Identifies / evaluates consequences and acts to progress issues that are evaluated net beneficial. Prioritizes. Identifies total benefits and how different parties benefit of the activity. Shares information and discusses the matter, collects information / follows up progress.
